GARBO’S ONLINE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a refund to the payment method used on Garbossalons.com.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include Gift Cards and any downloadable software products.

We regret that we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

Garbossalons.com purchases can quickly be returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our Garbo’s Locations.

Garbossalons.com purchases can also be returned by mail. To initiate this process, please contact info@garbossalons.com and include your First Name, Last Name, and Shipping information so we can better assist you.
