Your appointments are very important to our team at Garbo’s, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for another guest from our waiting list.
Our appointments are now confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it can be to forget an appointment booked some time ago. This gives Garbo’s ample opportunity to fill that time slot in the event you need to cancel or reschedule.
If a guest has a consistent history of short notice cancellations or no-shows, regardless of what service or how much time was scheduled, we will ask for a credit card deposit (100% of the base price of services scheduled) to book a future reservation. That deposit will be applied to the services you are receiving. If you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice on that visit, the deposit will not be refunded or used towards future services.
Again, we do understand there may be circumstances out of your control, if you feel your situation needs evaluation please request to speak to someone on our Leadership Team as we do take some situations case by case.
As a courtesy, we will send a reminder message about your appointment 7 days prior. We will also text/call to confirm your service appointment(s) 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior, Garbo’s will have to cancel your appointment.
