Garbo's Will Reopen on Monday, May 4th!

The most recent guidelines extended by the department of health state that hair salons will be allowed to open next Monday. Therefore, we are excited to announce that all Garbo's Salon and Spa locations will be opening with a limited staff and reduced hours on Monday, May 4th.

Unfortunately, the guidelines also state that we will only be allowed to accomodate a maximum of ten guests at a time. With this being said, we have put together a reopening plan that follows these guidelines and allows some members of our team to come back to work. We understand this extremely limits the number of appointments our stylists can take so those returning to work have expanded their schedules to help accomodate those who need an appointment.

You will be contacted directly by your stylist, the salon, or via email with the status of your appointment. If you had an appointment scheduled during the first week of May, you will be contacted before Sunday, May 3rd.

For those of you who do not have an appointment in May but would like to schedule one, please use our online booking portal. It has been updated to reflect the schedules of those who will be available.

In addition to the ten person rule, the health department has extended additional restrictions on us. Please take the time to read through them before arriving for your appointment.

Due to government mandated health & safety requirements placed on our industry we have added a modest $4 fee to your ticket to offset the additional expenses. We appreciate your understanding and support. 

We understand our reopening in this way is not ideal and may be frustrating to you and your family. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and promise to do everything we can to make sure you receive the services you need. We will continue to monitor the guidelines set forth by the health department and will increase our capacity as soon as we are allowed to. For now, we ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to reopen under these tough circumstances.

CLIENT GUIDELINES

Clients must follow all guidelines listed below or they will not be permitted to keep their appointment

You must wear a mask to your appointment. No masks will be provided. You will not be permitted to enter the salon without a mask

All guests must come alone unless accompanying a minor who has an appointment. In that case, please coordinate your arrival with your stylist to make sure the ten person limit is not exceeded

All clients will be asked a series of screening questions and have their temperature checked before the appointment to ensure the safety of our team and other clients in the salon

Upon arrival for your appointment you will be asked to wait outside the salon. Your stylist will meet you at the door and and escort you inside

SALON GUIDELINES

All services will be by appointment only – no walk-ins will be taken

Please wait outside until your stylist comes to escort you into the salon when he or she is ready for you

  • We will be offering waxing services at our Village Pointe location.  This excludes lip waxing.  All other spa services have been temporarily suspended.
